Relay - Continue Google Search AI Mode chat into Gemini/Claude

Continue a Google AI Mode chat in Gemini/Claude (ChatGPT support coming soon)

Ever started a chat with Google Search's AI Mode and wanted to handoff to a different agent (either for a different model, or just keeping the chat for posterity)? Relay helps with just that. Simply Google search like you would, click the AI Mode tab (to the left of the "All" tab), chat away without worrying about ever losing that chat! When you feel like switching to a full-fledged Gemini/Claude/(ChatGPT coming soon) Chat, simply find the "Relay: Continue in" button on the bottom right of the AI Mode screen. The drop-down next to it enables you to select from between the supported chat interfaces (Gemini and Claude for now; ChatGPT coming soon). Clicking on this button opens a new tab with a verbatim copying and pasting of your conversation with Google AI Mode so far, so that you can continue where it left off! Make sure to wait a bit for the conversation to play out as this enables your Google AI Mode conversation to get embedded properly into the context of the newly opened chat.
