FILTER LOADS BEFORE BOOKING Open Load filters from the funnel button on the quick panel or from Settings. - Only these facilities and Never these facilities, by facility code, each with the stop that counts: origin, destination or any stop. The Never list wins. - Places: cities from Amazon's own list, states and countries from the list for your board, each with the stop that has to match. - Equipment types to skip, from your board's own list of trailers and trucks. - Max Stops and Stem Time, the minimum time before pickup, in the Trip view. - Amazon facilities only: skip loads with a customer or vendor stop. - Hide skipped loads, or leave them on the board with a Skipped chip that names the rule. - Your Relay search filters still decide which loads Booker sees. FILTER SETS FOR EVERY LANE A set holds everything: facility and place lists, equipment types, the Amazon-only switch, Max Stops and Stem Time. Keep one per lane, switch with one click, see when a set was created and changed, read its history, export it to a file and import it on another computer. The free plan runs one set with the first rule of each list; Pro runs every rule. MONITOR NEW LOADS AND PAYOUT CHANGES - Stop when a new load appears. - Stop when an existing load's payout rises by your chosen amount. - On-card chips show new loads, payout increases and decreases, skipped loads and loads you chose to pass, and they survive a redraw of the list. - Sound and visual alerts, and the tab title flashes the booked payout. - Save the current list as a new comparison baseline when you need one. CONTROL THE BOOKING FLOW - Regular takes the steps you take by hand: opens the load, presses Book, waits for the window, presses Confirm. About one second. Amazon shows its own "Your trip is booked" screen. - Fast opens the load and presses Confirm at once, about a third of a second, and falls back to Regular when Confirm is not ready. - Super Fast sends the booking itself without opening the load, about a tenth of a second. Amazon draws no screen; Booker's own Booked signals show instead. - Pick a strategy in Settings; the Booking Strategy window shows what each one skips, how long it takes and what you see after. KNOW WHAT WAS BOOKED After a booking, the Booked message stays on screen until you close it, with the payout and route, "Load booked" and the trip id when Amazon names it. Several messages stack, newest on top, so you find them when you come back to the computer. The load's card gets a green Booked chip and the panel's Book button, or AUTO CONFIRM, turns into Booked. A refused booking shows Failed with Amazon's own reason. AUTOMATE RELAY ASSISTANT REQUESTS When a Relay Assistant negotiation opportunity appears, Booker can stop refreshing, open the assistant, fill your saved request and send it. When the load the assistant would open is one your filters reject, Booker leaves the assistant alone, keeps booking, and a short notice above the Relay Assistant button says why. Inside the chat, AUTO CONFIRM books the offered load with the same checks as in the side panel. REFRESH WITH CONTROL - Set your refresh delay and, if you like, randomize the timing between refreshes. - Add a longer pause every so many refreshes. - Open the Relay side panel when a search starts. - Slow down on errors is on by default: after rate-limit or server errors, Booker doubles the wait, up to 30 seconds, and returns to your setting once responses succeed. - The compact toolbar starts, stops and adjusts the common settings without leaving the board. GET SUPPORT INSIDE BOOKER Open Support & feedback from the toolbar or Settings. The floating panel can be dragged and resized, remembers its place, and stays out of the way while you keep booking.
