Relay AutoBooker by Cardamon is an Amazon Relay auto-booker and load board auto-refresher for carriers, dispatchers and fleet owners. It refreshes the board on your schedule, skips the loads you never run, watches for new loads and payout changes, and books a matching load the way you choose: Book only, Book & Confirm, or one click on AUTO CONFIRM. Pro plans by the week, the month or the year, from $13.99 a week. The Smart Refresher stays free, with one filter set. Auto-booking, every filter rule, Differential Mode and the Relay Assistant request need a Pro plan. NEW IN 12.21 - Minimum payout by facility and place: each entry of "Only these facilities" and "Only these places" can carry its own minimum payout, set in the Payout view of Load filters, where each row reads Default or Overridden with an arrow back. It replaces the set's minimum for the loads that touch that facility or place, and the chip on a skipped load names it. - Profiles run several filter sets at once: name a pick of sets, such as Truck A for two lanes, and choose a profile or one set per tab on the toolbar. Each tab keeps its own choice, and an edit to a set reaches every open tab. - Load filters puts the filter set in a card with its five views, and Profiles and Board options below it for every set. Hide skipped loads in Board options is one switch for every set and profile. - Load filters cards scroll on their own in a short window, so no card hides its controls. - A new look for Settings and the toolbar, the same as Load filters. Every dropdown opens over the window on its current value and works from the keyboard: Tab, the arrow keys, Enter and Escape. Auto Operation shows its mode in colour: grey Off, amber Book only, red Book & Confirm. - Chrome keeps a running board loaded: Memory Saver no longer unloads a Relay tab while its title shows a Booker mark, so Booker keeps working in the tabs behind the others until you press Stop. CHOOSE HOW BOOKER ACTS - Off: refresh and monitor without automatic booking. - Book only: press Book for a matching load, then leave the confirmation to you. - Book & Confirm: book a matching load end to end. - AUTO CONFIRM: one click on the selected load, in the side panel or in the Relay Assistant chat, with a keyboard shortcut you can set. FILTER LOADS BEFORE BOOKING Open Load filters from the funnel button on the quick panel or from Settings. - Only these facilities and Never these facilities, by facility code, each with the stop that counts: origin, destination or any stop. The Never list wins. - Places: cities from Amazon's own list, states and countries from the list for your board, each with the stop that has to match. - Equipment types to skip, from your board's own list of trailers and trucks. - Minimum payout and minimum rate per km or mile, in the Payout view: the booker takes only loads that pay at least your amounts. - Max Stops and Stem Time, the minimum time before pickup, in the Trip view. - Amazon facilities only: skip loads with a customer or vendor stop. - Hide skipped loads, or leave them on the board with a Skipped chip that names the rule. - Your Relay search filters still decide which loads Booker sees. FILTER SETS FOR EVERY LANE A set holds everything: facility and place lists, equipment types, the payout minimums, the Amazon-only switch, Max Stops and Stem Time. Keep one per lane, switch with one click on the toolbar, run several at once in a profile, and give each tab its own, see when a set was created and changed, read its history, export it to a file and import it on another computer. The free plan runs one set with the first rule of each list; Pro runs every rule. MONITOR NEW LOADS AND PAYOUT CHANGES - Stop when a new load appears. - Stop when an existing load's payout rises by your chosen amount. - On-card chips show new loads, payout increases and decreases, skipped loads and loads you chose to pass, and they survive a redraw of the list. - Sound alerts for each event. - Several boards at once: each Relay tab's title starts with a mark that says what Booker is doing there (refreshing, found, booked, not booked, stopped), and a tab behind the others plays its sounds from the first one. - Save the current list as a new comparison baseline when you need one. SOUNDS AND ALARMS Open Sound settings from Settings. - A sound and a volume for each event: a matching load found, a booking starting, a load booked, a booking that failed, new loads in Differential Mode, the Relay Assistant chat opening, a haggle deal, and a haggle without one. - Load booked and Booking failed follow Amazon's own answer to the booking, and play only for bookings the booker made. - Keep ringing until I stop it: the event's sound plays in a loop, with a red bar at the top of the page, until you click anywhere on the Relay page or press any key. One short sound is easy to sleep through; an alarm is not. - Built-in sounds, from a chime to an alarm clock, or no sound at all. - My sounds: add your own MP3, WAV, OGG or M4A files, up to 2 minutes and 3 MB each. Each keeps its file name and can play for any event. - Chrome plays sound on a page after you have clicked on it once, and pressing Start counts. CONTROL THE BOOKING FLOW - Regular takes the steps you take by hand: opens the load, presses Book, waits for the window, presses Confirm. About one second. Amazon shows its own "Your trip is booked" screen. - Fast opens the load and presses Confirm at once, about a third of a second, and falls back to Regular when Confirm is not ready. - Super Fast sends the booking itself without opening the load, about a tenth of a second. Amazon draws no screen; Booker's own Booked signals show instead. - Pick a strategy in Settings; the Booking Strategy window shows what each one skips, how long it takes and what you see after. KNOW WHAT WAS BOOKED After a booking, the Load booked sound plays, or rings until you stop it, and the Booked message stays on screen until you close it, with the payout and route, "Load booked" and the trip id when Amazon names it. Several messages stack, newest on top, so you find them when you come back to the computer. The load's card gets a green Booked chip and the panel's Book button, or AUTO CONFIRM, turns into Booked. A refused booking shows Failed with Amazon's own reason and plays the Booking failed sound. AUTOMATE RELAY ASSISTANT REQUESTS When a Relay Assistant negotiation opportunity appears, Booker can stop refreshing, open the assistant, fill your saved request and send it. When the next load the assistant would open is one your filters exclude, Booker marks it as already handled for the assistant, the way Relay marks a load whose chat you closed, and the assistant moves on to the next load that passes your filters. A chip on the card tells you which loads the assistant will not offer again. Each group of filters has an "Also apply to the Relay Assistant" switch, so you can let the assistant negotiate loads below your minimum payout while the booker books only loads that reach it. Inside the chat, AUTO CONFIRM books the load the chat shows, at the rate the chat shows, and refuses a booking for any other load. HAGGLE IN THE CHAT - The Haggle card above the chat box shows the posted rate, the gain Amazon has offered so far and how soon the pickup is. - Send counter sends the next counter of your plan, the Start at amount first. Booker writes a short message from the load's own facts, the distance, the stops, the pickup time and the lane's costs; "Write it, I send" leaves it in the chat box for you to edit. - No two counters read alike: opener, reasons and ask are drawn from lists. The reasons are yours to edit in Settings: ten built-in lines, each editable, plus your own, with the load's facts as placeholders; each is used once per chat before any repeats. - Start haggle or Auto haggle for me: Booker counters on its own, one message per answer, from a start amount down to a floor, both percentages above the posted rate that you set once and can change for each chat. Type in the chat yourself and it steps back. - A deal is yours to book: when the offer reaches your floor, the card says so and a cash register's ka-ching plays, a sound of its own. A haggle that runs out of rounds plays another. Booker never presses Book for a haggled rate. REFRESH WITH CONTROL - Set your refresh delay and, if you like, randomize the timing between refreshes. - Add a longer pause every so many refreshes. - Open the Relay side panel when a search starts. - Slow down on errors is on by default: after rate-limit or server errors, Booker doubles the wait, up to 30 seconds, and returns to your setting once responses succeed. - The compact toolbar starts, stops and adjusts the common settings without leaving the board.
