REL? Follow! is a link and indexation checker for SEO and link building, made by OFF-SITE. LINK HIGHLIGHTING Turn highlighting on and every link on the page you’re viewing gets a coloured outline based on its rel attribute: • dofollow (green): regular links that pass authority • nofollow (red): rel=“nofollow” • sponsored (orange): rel=“sponsored” • ugc (blue): rel=“ugc” Choose which link types to show and optionally ignore internal links. Links added to the page later, e.g. by infinite scroll, are outlined too. INDEXATION CHECK Check whether the current page is indexed in Google Search and in Google News. Each one has its own “Check” button. The extension runs a site: search in a background tab and shows the result in the popup with the date and time of the check. Results stay available until you close the browser, and you can re-check at any time. • Google News is searched in the edition matching the page’s language, e.g. the German edition for a German page, because results differ a lot between editions. The edition used is shown next to the result. You can turn this off. • If Google asks you to solve a captcha, the search tab is brought forward and the check finishes once you solve it. • Optionally run checks in an incognito window (after allowing the extension in incognito), and keep the search tabs open to look at the results yourself. PRIVACY REL? Follow! doesn’t collect, sell or send your data to any server. Settings and the latest results stay in your browser. The address of a page you check is sent only to Google, in the search you start yourself.
