Regret Meter is a free Chrome extension that is made for teenagers interested in making wiser shopping decisions. The program is based on a set of five questions that allow analyzing the user's age, monthly budget, previous buying history, and other factors. It provides personalized Regret Score before the user purchases something. It is a live application that analyzes consumer's shopping behavior. It allows completing a fast quiz, calculating how financially harmful each purchase can be, highlighting your score with color codes (green = low risk; yellow = moderate risk; red = high risk). Thus, the consumer can learn which number of months' savings this purchase equals. One thing that distinguishes the Regret Meter among others is its sincere attitude.
