It optionally refreshes tab content when not in view for smooth transitions with no stale data. To make Chrome full-screen across platforms, use F11 (Windows/Linux) or Ctrl+Shift+F/F4 (ChromeOS) for keyboard shortcuts, or click the menu (three dots) > Zoom > Fullscreen icon (picture frame) for a mouse-based method; on Mac, use ⌘+Ctrl+F or the green window button.
