Install the extension and open a single job posting in your browser (the full posting page, not search results). 2. Click Reframed. It reads the job description from the page and opens reframed.cc with that role ready. 3. Upload your CV (.docx or PDF). Reframed runs an alignment check first: how your CV lines up with that posting, what’s strong, and what a reframe would improve. From there, reframe to get a tailored .docx you can download. The format stays clean for recruiters and ATS tools.
