ReelBit for Instagram

YouTube-style controls for Instagram Reels: scrubber, playback speed, keyboard shortcuts, post dates and watch history.

ReelBit adds the playback controls Instagram leaves out on the web: • Scrub — jump to any second by clicking or dragging the timeline • Playback speed — 0.5x to 3x with one click (or the < / > keys) • Keyboard shortcuts — Space (play/pause), ←/→ (±5s, Shift = ±10s), < / > (speed), M (mute, in sync with Instagram) • Auto-hide — the bar shrinks to a thin progress line and comes back on hover (or pin it) • Auto-advance — jump to the next reel when the current one ends • Post dates — see when each reel was posted, on the player and on profile grids • Watch history — find reels you watched again, stored only on your device • Background playback — optional, keeps reels playing in background tabs Privacy: ReelBit works only on instagram.com. It collects no data, has no analytics and makes no network requests. Settings and history stay on your device. Not affiliated with Instagram or Meta.
