Ever open one short video and look up 40 minutes later? Reel Time gives you a daily time budget for short-video feeds. You pick the minutes. When they're spent, a friendly break card takes over, so the decision is made once, calmly, instead of 200 times at 11pm. HOW IT WORKS Install Reel Time. YouTube Shorts starts with a 15-minute daily budget. Watch as usual. A small "time left" pill shows what's left (you can turn it off). When the budget is spent, Reel Time pauses the video and shows a break card. Your budget refreshes at midnight, your local time.
