Reel — Click-through demos

Capture a click-through demo of any web app, or record it with your voice. Reel saves a step at every click.

Show how something works without writing six paragraphs or sharing your screen. Turn on Reel in any tab and use your product as usual. Every click becomes a step, with a screenshot of the tab and the exact spot you clicked, so hotspots place themselves. Press Finish and the demo opens in the Reel editor, ready to tidy up and share. Starts only when you press Start capturing, and only in that tab Every click is a step; a click that opens a new page is a step too Pause, undo the last step, or discard, all from the capture bar The bar moves out of your way and never appears in a screenshot Password fields and keystrokes are never captured Finish adds one last step: the screen after your last click Record hybrid: record the tab while you talk it through. Each click is still a step, so viewers can watch the video or click through it Record clip: a plain screen recording of the tab with your voice Automatic zoom: Reel remembers where you clicked, so your demos and clips zoom in on the right spot Steps stay on your computer until you press Finish. If the tab closes, nothing is lost: upload or discard them later Emails, phone numbers, card numbers, API keys and your team’s and customers’ names are blurred on your computer, before anything is uploaded Blur anything else in the editor with the Blur tool Viewers don’t need an account: they click through your demo in the browser, on a phone or a computer.
