Overview
Inspect and visualize redirect chains directly in your browser.
Redirect Inspector lets you see what actually happens between the original URL and the final landing page. The extension listens to network/navigation events and builds a readable redirect chain right in the popup. It works not only for classic HTTP 3xx, but also for client-side redirects (JavaScript, meta refresh) that usually stay invisible. What you get 🧠Real-time redirect log (last ~50 entries) 🧱 Grouping redirects into a single chain 🧩 Support for HTTP 3xx, JS-based and meta redirects 🧪 Noise filtering: hide tracking/pixel calls 🧹 One-click “Clear log” 💾 Local-only storage — data never leaves your browser Who is it for SEO specialists checking complex redirect setups QA/testing teams verifying landing flows Affiliate / tracking users who debug long chains Developers who want to see what page actually loads How it works You browse as usual. The background worker listens to navigation / web requests. Redirect Inspector groups events into a chain (with a timeout for “live” chains). You open the popup and see the chain in a compact UI. Privacy All processing happens locally. We do not send URLs or redirect data to any server. Logs are capped to prevent storing too much data.
