Reddit with a couple tiny fixes

- Updated settings UI. - Filters out most of the "promoted" content (ads). - Block subreddits you dislike from showing in r/all. (Add in settings) - Shows the exact number of votes a post has. (Only updates on refresh) - Changes button-text (such as "Award"->"Creddit", "Share"->"Spreddit" etc.) Coded by someone who can't really code. Expect bugs.
