Overview

Hide Reddit posts that link to domains you choose.

Reddit Domain Blocker hides Reddit posts by the site they link to. Name a domain once and its posts stop showing up in your feed. Blocking example.com also hides news.example.com, but never notexample.com or example.com.evil.com. Hidden posts don't just vanish. Each one leaves a single line in the feed, "Hidden: example.com", with a Show post button for when you're curious and Unblock domain for when you change your mind. The note follows Reddit's light or dark theme. What it does • Works on new Reddit and old.reddit.com, including posts that load as you scroll • Hides posts in the home feed, subreddits and user profiles. Search results and a post's own page are left alone • Block a site from the options page, or right-click a post's link on Reddit and choose Block this domain • Removing a domain archives it with its date and count, so you can restore it later. Deleting for good takes a second click • Shows how many posts each domain has hidden • Syncs your list through your Chrome account and updates every open Reddit tab right away • Exports and imports the list as JSON Accessibility The options page and the in-feed note meet WCAG 2.2 AA. Everything works from the keyboard, it has been checked with VoiceOver and with forced colors, and buttons keep their names when they shrink to icons on narrow windows. Privacy No network requests, no analytics, no remote code. Your list lives in Chrome's own storage.
