A full PDF editor that lives in your browser, not in the cloud. Open any PDF — from a link, a local file, or an embedded viewer on a web page — and edit it directly: change existing text in place with fonts and sizing recovered automatically, move text and images around the page, reorder and delete pages, and merge in other PDFs, images, or Word documents. Redaction actually removes content rather than drawing a black box over it: the underlying text operators are stripped, covered image pixels are destroyed and re-encoded, and annotations are deleted — with a preview before you commit, a privacy mode that defeats box-length guessing, and a downloadable compliance report of exactly what was removed. Also included: OCR for scanned documents, fillable AcroForm fields and flattening, highlighting and freehand annotation, watermarks, Bates numbering, hidden-metadata scrubbing, word-level and pixel-level version comparison, handwritten or cryptographic PKCS#12 signatures, and AES-256 encryption with user and owner passwords. Every operation runs on your own machine in a local .NET host — nothing is uploaded, and it works offline. Free and open source under the GPLv3.
