Overview

Find recurring or one-time openings across selected calendars and create events.

This Chrome extension can be used to identify open time slots on a singular or recurring basis for a single or multiple Google Calendars. It has the ability to reference all of your calendar's existing shared calendars, as well as include any email address you wish to a meeting invite. If you add an email that is not a Google Email, their calendar will not be referenced (because they don't have a Google Calendar), but they will still be invited to your meeting. After specifying which Google Calendars you want to reference, selected your desired meeting start date, recurrence interval, meeting duration, and recurrence settings like number of recurrences or buffer times, you can then see all available calendar openings for all selected calendars, as well as how many recurrences are available before a conflict arises. With a single click, you can then generate that Google Calendar invite as specified.
