Issue getting it to work.

I have downloaded, and given the permissions, but when I go into Basecamp and try to use the Repeat Function, it just says Loading and never actually lets me add anything to the field.

Trouble adding extension

I am having trouble adding Recur to my basecamp account. I have the highest level of administrative access and it is still not allowing me to add it. It keeps taking me to a page that says I do not have billing access. Please advise. Thank you.

Won't Reauthenticate

It disconnected from my BC and when I try to re-authenticate it, it tells me I do not have access to the billing section.

Delete Future Events

I have some tasks that I set to recur, but now are no longer needed. I've tried to archive the task, but it always continues to be added to my to-do every day. How can I stop the recurring from happening?

Issues Recurring w/ Basecamp

I have been using Recur for two days now, testing it out with our business Basecamp, however when I set a task to repeat, it does not follow through. I have been setting them for every day but once they are checked completed there is no repeating of the task. How can I fix this? Thank you.

How to grant team access to one paid account?

Your "unlimited users" comment leads me to believe everyone on my team should be able to use Recur for free if I have paid once? What will they see when they install the chrome extension?
