Recruiter Audit Companion helps authorized recruiting auditors complete and track record-based audits without repeatedly copying data from spreadsheets. Connect a read-only Google Sheet or import a local XLSX/CSV workbook. Each worksheet becomes a configurable category. Select the primary-key field for each sheet, connect an optional Google Form, and map sheet columns to matching prefilled form fields. Auditors can: - Browse and search records by worksheet category - Filter records by Pending, In Progress, or Completed status - Open a prefilled audit form for a selected record - Return to the saved Google Form response for that same record - Configure a different Google Form and field mapping for every worksheet - Continue using categories that do not have a Google Form - Open an optional configured Workday or other HTTPS destination - Use either Google Sheets or locally imported XLSX/CSV data - Build filtered, date-aware local reports and download Excel workbooks without uploading report data Google Sheets access is read-only. Local workbook rows, mappings, audit status, and saved-response links stay in the current Chrome profile. The extension has no tenant backend, telemetry, advertising, or remote AI integration. Recruiter Audit Companion is designed for authorized internal recruiting-quality and compliance workflows. It does not sell user data or use it for advertising.
