在网上学习语言时，经常需要跟读，如果能通过耳机回放自己的声音，那么对纠正发音以及增强记忆都大有好处，于是我开发了这个极简的Record & Play小插件，只有最简单的录音和播放功能，不产生音频存档，还支持自定义快捷键。
