Okta admin tool to find, review, export, and remove bounced & deferred email addresses from the bounce list in your browser.

Rebound helps Okta administrators restore email delivery when an address has been suppressed after a bounced or deferred message. It works directly inside the Okta Admin Console using your existing authenticated session. When users stop receiving password resets, MFA enrollment messages, activation links, or important notifications, Rebound gives administrators a focused way to investigate and resolve the problem without switching tools. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Review recent bounced and deferred delivery events from the Okta System Log • Search across 24-hour, 7-day, 30-day, or 90-day windows • Filter results by address and delivery state • Inspect event history and identify recently removed addresses • Clear selected addresses from the email suppression list • Export search results to CSV • Download a per-removal audit record with timestamps and request IDs • Confirm the connected tenant, platform, and active administrator session BUILT FOR ADMINISTRATIVE WORKFLOWS Rebound provides a compact operations panel inside the admin console. Mixed delivery histories, removal attempts, failure reasons, and recently restored addresses remain visible without crowding the interface. The toolbar control lets you enable or disable the panel for the current tab. The panel is enabled by default and does not store that setting between sessions. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Rebound performs searches, exports, and removal requests locally in your browser. It does not: • Store credentials or API tokens • Send tenant information or System Log data to a backend • Upload email addresses or CSV exports • Use analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party services HOW TO USE REBOUND 1. Sign in to an Okta Admin Console with the required permissions. 2. Open Rebound and select a time range. 3. Review the affected addresses and their delivery history. 4. Select the entries you want to restore. 5. Download the audit CSV when you need a change record. Rebound supports Okta Commercial, Preview, EMEA, Government, and Military cloud environments.
