the first page of google is black

IGood evenining everybody, hope somebody can ask my question and solve my dilema. I remember that after added an art theme every browser's homepage used that kind of art theme. But now I have to chooce if my homepage has to be black or white because the art theme (every art theme) do not add at homepage. Is this my problem, a new policy or some setting I cannot change? Or worst, was always homepage different from the rest of next schedule and I remember bad? I Mean were the art theme only and always added to the next schedule past the homepage?

I had another theme and it did the same thing. I like this one BUT I can't get rid of the full screen (Google Art) picture. I do get flowers and a new Rebecca tab bar. How do I display your whole theme?
