Hello, Thank you it's actually a great and very useful tool ! I love it ! Although, it really seems like broken lately. The search criterias are not taken into account (it shows me sales from other ZIP codes), sometimes it doesn't show any return even though there are or were sales. I guess a recent google chrome update broke something. Also, it doesn't show anymore the option to choose or de-activate the building date criteria. Could you please have a look ? Recommended addon for Zillowers. Please add more indicators to it such as GreatSchool, Crime Score, etc

Very useful and handy add-on for Zillow to see comps. It might be more enhanced if I can print out the comps as pdf
