A reading mode for AI interfaces
Reading Layer makes AI chat interfaces easier to read. Many AI interfaces are designed for short conversations, but are increasingly used for longer reading sessions such as research, debugging, documentation, and extended explanations. Reading Layer improves readability by widening narrow response layouts and adding lightweight reading controls. Features: • Adjustable reading width • Adjustable font size • Optional reading fonts • Per-platform controls • Local settings storage • No analytics or data collection Reading Layer works across several major AI chat interfaces and only adjusts layout and typography to improve readability. No conversations or page content are collected, stored, or transmitted.
