ReadFocus — Focus Reading: Bold Word Starts, Reading Ruler & Dyslexia Fonts
Overview
Bold word starts, a reading ruler, text size, paragraph focus and dyslexia fonts. Private: nothing leaves your browser.
Long pages, short attention? ReadFocus makes reading on the web easier to start and easier to finish. • Bold word starts — the first letters of every word are emphasised so your eyes land and glide. Light, medium or heavy. • Reading ruler — a soft band that follows your mouse so you never lose the line (Alt+Shift+R). • Text size — scale the page's reading text up to 150% without touching menus or editors. • Per-site switch — turn it on for the sites where you read, off everywhere else (Alt+Shift+F). Your text editors, docs and code stay untouched. • Works on articles, documentation, forums and infinite-scroll feeds; new content is handled as it loads. Unlock ($12, once): precise bold strength, paragraph focus (dims everything but the paragraph you're on), and OpenDyslexic / Atkinson Hyperlegible fonts. One key for every browser you sign in to; works offline; 14-day refund. Private by design: ReadFocus collects no data and makes no network requests while you read. The only request it ever makes is a one-time check when you activate a paid key. Settings live in your browser's extension storage. Made for readers with ADHD or dyslexia, students, and anyone who reads for a living.
