Overview
View CSV, JSON, XML as tables you can sort and filter. Save the modified file or copy to clipboard.
Reader.csv gives you clean tables instead of CSV, JSON, or XML. Just click the toolbar icon, drag a file in, open one from disk, or just follow a link on the web, and it renders as a clean, sortable table on the spot. No app to launch, no import, no wait. From there: • Sort any column with a click. • Filter a column down to the rows that matter. • Click a long cell to expand it; click again to collapse. • Keep the header row in view as you scroll. • Reopen a recent file in one click. • Read it in light or dark mode. • Save the original table or the exact view you created. POWER TOOLS Sorting is type-aware — numbers sort as numbers, dates fall in order, text reads naturally. Number columns take filters like >100 or <=50. Reorder, resize, or hide columns to frame the question you're asking. Then save the current view back out as a fresh file or copy to clipboard — sorted, filtered, and trimmed to exactly what you kept. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Everything happens on your machine. Nothing is uploaded, there's no account, and there's no analytics or telemetry. The data you open stays yours. Free. No account. Nothing leaves your browser.
