app doesnt open options for voice chnage

No audio
When I hit play it says its reading but there's no audio coming out of the speakers. My volume is at 100 and not muted. What do I do?

Sounds different today
Hey I have been using this for a couple days and it has helped a lot but today the voice is different and sounds like it has an accent now and I'm really confused and was wondering why. Please get back to me as soon as you can, thank you.
