Overview

Save tabs for later, search them instantly, and organize reading lists into reusable groups.

Read Later is a lightweight tab-saving extension for people who want to keep useful pages without leaving dozens of tabs open. Save the current tab with a shortcut, find saved pages with fast fuzzy search, and reopen links when you are ready to read. You can organize related pages into groups, open an entire group at once, and keep your reading list easy to manage from a simple popup interface. Key features: - Save the current tab from the popup or with `Ctrl + B` - Open the Read Later popup with `Ctrl + Shift + B` - Search saved tabs with fuzzy matching - Open saved links in a new tab, new window, or incognito window - Remove saved tabs after opening when needed - Create groups for projects, topics, or reading sessions - Open all URLs in a group at once - Copy all URLs from the current selected tabs - Export saved data to JSON for backup or migration - Uses Manifest V3 with a small, focused permissions set Note for Windows Firefox users: the default `Ctrl + B` shortcut opens the Bookmarks Sidebar. Read Later opens a warning page during first install, and you can change the shortcut from `about:addons` > settings gear > **Manage Extension Shortcuts**.
