Read Aloud: Text to Speech (TTS, Listen to Text)

I've used Read Aloud for a couple of years sparingly but seems like since the beginning of 2025, I have relied on the Google Extension much more than usual. Once I got the hang of it and updated versions got better about translating and reading full page articles more smoothly, the Extension has become a much more useful tool that I rely on each day now. Thanks for that!

Broke after the update on the 24 the of March 2025. Stops reading at the end of each sentence when text is copied in. useless to me now

4 Stars because the 'rate please' window keeps popping up and i gotta click through it every time. Edit: It asked me to rate again after already doing it, -2 stars.

practical and priceless. i had a visual disorder that kept me from reading. the approach that read aloud works flawlessly on any TEXT in your favorite browser makes it universally useful and extremely efficient. it does not read other texts like pdf's even within the browser but it never promised that it would. highly recommended!
