Reactions are synced so they can be viewed and shared across sessions. Permissions used: storage: saves local extension state and preferences host permissions: required to render the overlay and reactions on pages Notes: Some websites may restrict embedding behavior due to their own security policies. In those cases, HypeLayer still supports opening the original page and highlighting the targeted reaction.
