Inspector suddenly stopped working

Chrome Version 130.0.6723.92
Inspector Version 1.2.3

When loading a page:
Refused to load the script because it violates the following Content Security Policy directive: "script-src 'self' 'wasm-unsafe-eval' 'inline-speculation-rules'" in the browser console.

Inspector entirely not usable.
