Reachr Sender

Send the emails you queue in Reachr from your own Outlook on the web, inside your sending window and daily limit.

Reachr Sender sends the outreach emails you queue in Reachr (reachr.online) from your own Outlook on the web, and spots replies so your follow-ups stop when someone answers. Reachr helps students find alumni at their target firms and write personal networking emails. This extension is the sending half. When you queue an email in Reachr, the extension opens a compose window in your own signed-in Outlook, fills in the recipient, subject and message, presses Send, and tells Reachr whether it went out. Your follow-ups are sent the same way. On a schedule you choose (every ten minutes by default) it also checks your Outlook inbox list for replies and bounces to those emails, and tells Reachr which person replied. How it works - Connect it once from Reachr Settings with one click. - Queue emails in Reachr. The extension sends them from your account. - You choose a sending window, whether to send on business days only, and a daily limit. - You can pause sending or disconnect the extension at any time. What it does not do - It reads the Outlook inbox message list only to detect replies and bounces to emails sent through Reachr, and only reports which person replied, never message text. You choose how often it checks, or switch it to manual, in Reachr Settings. - It does not read your folders, your other emails, or the content of your messages. - It does not send your data anywhere except to Reachr. - It does not sell data or show ads. Requirements - A Reachr account (reachr.online). - Outlook on the web (Microsoft 365 work or school account), signed in, in the same browser. - The browser must be open for emails to send. Important Email providers such as Microsoft may limit automated use of their products. Keep your daily limit low and only send emails you would be comfortable sending by hand.
