Log in at xbox.com and click "rb4.app export" at the top of the page. Upload the file at https://rb4.app>Lists>Import Extension List
This extension will allow you to download a list of purchased Rock Band 4 songs from https://www.xbox.com . This list can then be imported into https://rb4.app under Lists>Import Extension List Version 1.02 fixes Rivals songs showing up when not owned Version 1.03 fixes the export button not appearing in the current Xbox store Version 1.04 fixes the app not grabbing songs on the most recent version of the Xbox Store
