Found an amazing week package to Bali through Ratepunk extension for me and my wife. The hotel was beachfront and the flight deal saved us enough for extra excursions.

Ratepunk scammed us when we paid extra and booked a room with Ocean View and eventually received a room with no View. It was Ratepunk's fault advertising the room as Ocean View but in reality it was a room with no view. I tried solving this with them but they keep giving me a compensation that is not available. Stay away from them as they provide wrong promises, and you can not trust them.

Let’s clarify the situation again :) The issue regarding the ocean view room was addressed, and you were provided with a compensation gift card on August 27, along with clear instructions on how to use it. However, the card expired because it was not used within the allotted time, and we extended it multiple times as a courtesy. We’ve made it clear that the gift card had an expiration date, and we’ve taken action to extend it up until August 27 for the final time.
