NXT Processing — Rate and review lender experiences by transaction type.

Rate My Transaction is an internal tool built for NXT Processing Loan Officers to rate and review their experiences with lenders after closing a transaction. Submit a Review When you close a loan, open the extension directly from your Arive loan file. The borrower name and loan number are automatically pulled from the file. Walk through a quick 4-step process to select your lender, transaction type, loan program, and qualifiers, then rate your experience across five categories: Overall Lender Experience, Account Executive, Disclosure Process, Underwriting, and Closing. Add a written comment to share any details that would help your teammates. View Rankings The Rankings tab shows all lenders ranked by overall score with medal rankings for the top three. Filter by loan program or transaction type to find the best lender for your specific deal — including dedicated filters for each Non-QM product type. Click any lender to see their full score breakdown and individual reviews from your team.
