PDF tools that cannot upload your file — because this extension has no network access. Open it, drop in a PDF, get the result. Nothing is sent anywhere, because nothing can be: the extension requests zero permissions and makes zero network requests. Check the permission list before you install. It is empty. WHAT IT DOES • Merge — combine several PDFs into one, in the order you loaded them • Extract pages — keep only the pages you name, e.g. 1-3, 7, 12-14 • Delete pages — remove pages and keep the rest • Rotate — turn every page 90°, 180° or 270° • Split — one PDF per page All of it runs locally with a PDF library bundled inside the extension. WHY THIS IS DIFFERENT Most online PDF tools upload your document to a server, process it there and promise to delete it later. For a contract, a payslip or a medical form, that promise is the whole problem. This extension removes the promise from the equation. It has no host permissions, so it is not able to contact any server, including ours. ALSO INCLUDED: A LAUNCHER The toolbar popup searches the 20 free tools at raptorpdf.com — compress, convert to Word, sign, fill forms, add page numbers, watermark and the rest. Type a few letters, press Enter, the tool opens in a new tab. Those tools also run in your browser rather than on a server, but they are a website, not part of this extension. WHAT IT DOES NOT DO No content script — it never reads, changes or sees any page you visit. No account, no sign-in, no tracking, no ads, no analytics. Password-protected PDFs are not supported; unlock them first. Compression is not included, because doing it properly means re-encoding images, which this extension does not do. The website does.
