With Rapidbook you get a simple "Copy Booking/Itinerary" button at the top-right corner of supported booking websites, and a "Paste Booking/Itinerary" on your supported invoicing system's website. I've been using Rapidbook for over 6 months, and the time it has saved me is immeasurable. To be able to click a few buttons to copy over massive cruise itineraries rather than type them all out manually has been an absolute godsend. The team is on the ball with adding new suppliers constantly and I recommend it to any travel agent that values their time. Thank you Rapidbook team!!!

Using Rapidbook and know that my data is safe and secure, it sits externally outside of my systems, and costs me nothing, but in fact saves me time, money and errors - why didn't someone come up with this years ago!! I love this tool take to make my invoicing way quicker.

Makes life so much easier - things are crazy as an agent at the moment and this halves the time I take to make an invoice and send it to a customer .
