Show SJR rank informations from SciMagoJr on the citation generator

It actually show the Best Quartile, SJR, and Rank on SciMagoJr. And it's working only on the scribbr citation generator. Feel free to request any improvements on the github repository. NB: It's using SciMagoJr Data from 2023
