I have shared Rakuten with family and friends via personal e-mails but never received the $30.00 offer after they signed up and used Rakuten. I have used my own account and hardly ever receive the percentage of the money spent. I feel if a store is not giving you a percentage of what you spend then they should not be listed on your site. I have been told several time for example: jcpenny nor wal-mart will give you a percentage back. I have sent request via email to customer service advising o... Show more

It's good but you only get about 50% of the rebates you are supposed to. It's nearly impossible to get credited for the ones you have to provide proof of purchase. If the vendor does not correctly credit good luck on getting it. Rakuten is useless on the follow-up.
