I feel tricked, I was told that I would get a $10 welcome and I did what was asked of me and I have nothing. I was excited about it and instead I got disappointed. I'm still going to use the site

Let me disable the bubble that appears on top of the webpage. I don't need it, the icon on the extensions part of the toolbar is enough. One star until I have the option to remove.

We appreciate you sharing this feedback about the recent updates to our extension. We are sorry this new feature is getting in your way. This "bubble" can be moved up and down the side of the website you are viewing, so it can be moved out of the way of anything that you may need to access. This feature is built into our extension and cannot be turned off within the settings of our extension currently. It can be turned off for 30 minutes, or for the current session. We'll work to improve this experience in future updates to our extension. If, for some reason, you feel this feature is not ideal for how you like to shop, you may uninstall our extension and shop by visiting our website, Rakuten.com, directly or by shopping from our app on any iPhone, iPad, or Android device.

I use Rakuten every time I shop online. I wish it were easier to use it on my phone. I've been known to stop an order, just until I get back to my computer so I can get the cash back. So easy on the web, not so easy on the phone. But if a store has it avail., I tend to use it more often. I wish Amazon used it. But overall, it's GREAT!!!
