Raisedash Shield helps dispatchers, drivers and carrier office teams notice freight phishing and risky instructions while they browse. YOUR CHOICE AND YOUR DATA Page checks and detection-list requests stay off until you read the in-product explanation and choose Enable protection. After enabling, automatic checks inspect page addresses, text, sign-in forms, page-driven clipboard writes, sensitive pastes and download names/types on your computer. They do not upload that information, read password-field values or inspect downloaded file contents. Broad website access is needed because scam sites can use unfamiliar domains and embedded frames. Shield downloads reviewed detection updates about every 30 minutes after you enable it, including when you later turn page protection off. These requests expose connection details such as your IP address to the update service. Disable or uninstall the extension to stop update requests. A report is sent only when you press Send report. You preview the address without its query, fragment or URL login details. That address, the selected reason, optional comment and displayed warning are sent for human review. Paths and comments can still contain personal information. A report does not automatically add a site to the warning list. WHAT SHIELD CAN WARN ABOUT • Supported freight-brand lookalikes and misleading addresses. • Programs disguised as paperwork, with a pause when the browser allows it. • Suspicious page-driven clipboard writes, with replacement and restoration when available. • Suspicious identity-document requests and supported account-authorization flows. • Domains added to our detection list after human review. LIMITS AND CONTROLS You can turn page protection off and continue past warnings. Some small downloads finish before they can be paused. A page can sometimes copy a command before an embedded frame can be checked; an instruction warning does not mean the copied text was blocked. Shield does not block website network requests, replace antivirus software, verify carriers or guarantee that a page is safe. Its current detection vocabulary mainly covers English-language U.S. freight workflows.
