The Rainbow Click2Call extension allows you to make and receive phone calls via your Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise communication system (OmniPCX Enterprise, OXO Connect) using any device (your computer, your office phone or any phone number). You can: . Select the device you want to use for making and receiving phone calls. . Click to call phone numbers available on any Chrome web page (select, right-click and call). . Make phone calls from your Gmail application. . Type or copy/paste a phone number using a dial pad and start a phone call. . Receive alerts for incoming phone calls: know instantly who is calling, answer or decline the call. . Clear or cancel a phone call. . Place (retrieve) the active phone call on hold. . For VoIP phone calls, mute (unmute) the microphone and send out-of-band DTMF signals. . Forward your phone calls to your voicemail or any phone number when you are unavailable or out of office. . Use your Rainbow account to sign in or use your Google credentials (single sign-on - SSO - using OAuth). Rainbow Click2Call extension requires: . A Rainbow account with a Business or Enterprise service plan. . A PBX extension associated with your Rainbow account. . A WebRTC Gateway for managing VoIP calls.
