Points out failed translations in the page

For every failed translation in a rails rendered webpage (using rails i18n locales), the extension will give you a count on the mini icon. On clicking that icon you will be able to see the failed translation text as well as path. There is also a highlight button which upon clicking will add a small red border on the failed text Contact: tcheck@manuraj.dev
