Replace every USD-like to RAI!

This extension replaces every USD-like string to RAI according to predefined rules and user-defined rules. Moreover, this extension is capable of capturing the numbers around USD-like strings, replacing them to new numbers that more suitable for the RAI context. E.g. 1 USD would be replaced to 0.3 RAI when 1 RAI = 3 USD.
