Ragnarock Order Tracker

Private team order-item tracking, supplier queue and product notes in Shoprenter admin.

Ragnarock Order Tracker is a private order-picking and procurement coordination tool for authorized Ragnarock staff using Shoprenter administration. The extension adds five product-line controls: • Missing (X): The product is missing from stock. • In stock (✓): The product has been located. • Ordered (MEGRENDELVE): The product has been ordered or arranged for sourcing. • Unavailable (NEM BESZEREZHETŐ): The product cannot be obtained. • RAGNAROCK 🖨️: Add the product to a supplier purchasing queue in Google Sheets. Once the supplier queue checkbox is checked, the existing Ordered button becomes active. Staff can also save notes on individual order items. Order IDs, product names, sizes, quantities, item statuses, procurement queue entries and notes synchronize through an access-controlled Google Sheets backend. Clearing a status or note removes its corresponding active entry. Based on the complete set of product statuses, the extension can automatically update the Shoprenter order status. For qualifying orders whose items are only In stock or Ordered, it can trigger Shoprenter's built-in customer notification email. Missing or unavailable product states do not trigger customer emails. Other features include staff login, owner-managed team accounts, shared item tracking, status history, and automatic cleanup of finished orders when detected. This extension is intended solely for authorized Ragnarock employees. It does not process payments or independently collect customer contact information.
