Radial Menu for Onshape
Overview
Hold the right mouse button over the Onshape graphics area to open a radial menu of native CAD tools.
What it does Opens a radial menu at the mouse position over the 3D viewport. Detects whether you are in a Part Studio, Sketch, Assembly, or Drawing, and shows the ring for that context. Reads the current selection (best effort) and shows a summary in the hub. Launches native tools through Onshape's own toolbar service — the same code path a toolbar click takes. Keeps a plain right-click working: a quick click still opens Onshape's own context menu. What it does not do No REST calls. Nothing is ever sent to /api/. No OAuth, no API keys, no client secrets, no backend server. No remote code. Everything is bundled locally; nothing loads from a CDN. No telemetry. Nothing leaves your browser. No cookies, tokens, or credentials are read. The only browser permission requested is storage, for your own settings.
