ModelIQ is an AI-powered planning assistant for workforce, sales, and financial planning teams. It sits on top of systems like Anaplan, Salesforce, and Gong, and lets planners ask questions and run planning workflows in plain language instead of digging through models, exports, and spreadsheets. Enterprise planning is usually fragmented: headcount and cost live in Anaplan, pipeline and customer data in Salesforce, and conversation insights in Gong. Analysts spend time pulling data, building scenarios, and reconciling numbers. ModelIQ turns that into a conversational experience so planners can ask, model, and act faster—whether they are FP&A or workforce planners running headcount and payroll scenarios, sales capacity and demand planners, ops and finance teams modeling COGS and support costs, or leaders who need cross-system answers without waiting on analysts. The product brings several planning workflows into one place: Connected Planning for natural-language questions across Salesforce, Gong, and Anaplan; Scenario Planning for modeling workforce strategies and comparing before/after payroll with results pushed back into Anaplan; Sales Capacity Planning for chat-based Q&A on Anaplan-backed sales data; and COGS/CPU planning for guided cost-driver updates, along with related demand and sales assistants. Delivered as a web app and Chrome side-panel extension, ModelIQ acts as an AI planning copilot that connects enterprise systems and helps business users run workforce, sales, and cost scenarios through conversation—speeding decisions and reducing manual model work.
