QuoteOP saves the supplier chats you choose on Alibaba.com, with their files. It is a Chrome side panel: open a supplier chat in Message Center, click Scan this chat, and QuoteOP keeps a record you can refer back to. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open a supplier chat in Message Center, then click the QuoteOP icon. The side panel opens next to the chat. 2. Click Scan this chat. QuoteOP reads the chat back to its first message and saves it, with its images, videos and documents, on your computer. You see the progress and can stop at any time. 3. While the chat stays open, QuoteOP checks it for new messages when one arrives and every 2 minutes. WHAT YOU GET - Your saved chats in the side panel, each with its messages grouped by day and its files ready to download again. - Full history when the chat's first message is confirmed; the panel says so when older messages may be missing. - Export a chat as a ZIP (the messages as a web page, a plain-text transcript, the files in folders and a list of anything missing) or as one web page. - Cloud copy: your own copy of your saved chats in your QuoteOP account, for your other computers. You choose it before your first scan, and you can delete it any time in Settings. YOU DECIDE WHAT IS SAVED - QuoteOP reads nothing in Message Center until you accept its notice in the side panel. - It saves a chat only after you click Scan this chat. In Message Center, it checks which chat is open and whether a new message arrived, and keeps nothing from chats you do not scan. - It reads messages only from the chat open in Message Center, one page of older messages every 3 seconds. It downloads files of saved chats again only when you click Save files, Export or Download. It stops if a check or a warning appears. - It never sends, edits or deletes anything on Alibaba.com. - Your saved chats are your own data. They are not sold, used for ads or sent to AI services. If QuoteOP isn't right for you, tell us what's wrong within 30 days of your first payment, and we refund it. - Cancel any time.
