Use it when you want more than bookmarks but less than a full-page web clipper: - save the exact quote you highlighted - keep a short note about why it mattered - filter by site or quote-only captures - revisit recent, weekly, and stale items quickly - copy any capture as Markdown - export your library as JSON or Markdown - follow Chrome UI language settings with English and Korean runtime support The extension only captures content when you explicitly use the popup, a shortcut, or a context-menu action.
