See your Kimi (Moonshot) Coding Plan usage — 5-hour, weekly, and optional plan-total quota with live reset countdowns. Usage monitor for the Kimi Code Coding Plan (Moonshot AI). Works for kimi.ai (international) and kimi.com accounts. If you use Kimi Code with coding tools, this extension shows exactly where you stand against your plan limits — without opening the Kimi console: • 5-Hour window and Weekly quota, each with percentage used and a load meter • Optional "Total" card: your billing-cycle plan usage with its own reset countdown • Live countdown to each reset, plus the exact reset time in your local timezone • Toolbar badge with your current 5-hour usage %, refreshed every 5 minutes, color-coded as you approach the limit • Desktop notification when a quota window crosses 90% — once per reset cycle, no spam • Shows your actual plan tier (Adagio, Moderato, Allegretto, Allegro, Vivace) Setup: paste your Kimi Code API key (starts with sk-kimi-, from the Kimi Code console). Note: open-platform keys from platform.moonshot.ai will not work. Plan total (optional, off by default): turn on "Show plan total" in Settings and grant the permission prompt. The extension then reads your existing Kimi web login from an open, signed-in kimi.ai / kimi.com tab to fetch the total — the token is used immediately and never stored. The last total is kept for up to 7 days and labeled with its age once it's older than an hour; the popup shows a one-click link to open kimi.ai whenever it needs a refresh, and opening or switching to a kimi.ai tab refreshes it automatically. Optional "Auto-refresh total" (off by default): lets the extension briefly open kimi.ai in an inactive background tab — at most hourly when the total is stale, and when you open the popup with a total older than 30 minutes — to renew your web login and update the total, then closes the tab. No additional permissions. Privacy: your key is stored only in your browser's local storage and is sent to nothing except api.kimi.com / api.kimi.ai. No analytics, no tracking, no third-party servers. This is an unofficial, independent project. Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Moonshot AI or Kimi. - - - Updates in v1.2.0: - New: optional "Auto-refresh total" setting (under "Show plan total", off by default) — when the total is stale, the extension briefly opens kimi.ai in a background tab to renew your web login, updates the total and closes the tab again (hourly at most, and when you open the popup with a total older than 30 minutes). No new permissions. - New: opening or switching to a kimi.ai / kimi.com tab now refreshes the total automatically — no need to reopen the popup at the right moment. - Improved: the Total card shows its age ("as of 3h ago") from 1 hour instead of 6, so you can tell at a glance when it's not current; the popup shows "Updating plan total via kimi.ai…" while a background refresh runs. Updates in v1.1.2: - Fixed: the plan total now works for kimi.ai (international) accounts — Kimi moved web login to a short-lived token that isn't stored in a cookie, so the extension now reads it from your open, signed-in kimi.ai / kimi.com tab instead (adds an optional "scripting" permission, requested only when you turn the total on). - Fixed: switched to Kimi's renamed membership endpoint (GetSubscriptionStats). - New: the last known total is kept for up to 7 days and shows "as of 2d ago" once it gets older, instead of disappearing; the popup shows a one-click "open kimi.ai" link whenever it needs a refresh. - New: api.kimi.ai is supported alongside api.kimi.com. - Note for existing users: if you had the total enabled before, turn it off and on again in Settings to grant the new permission. Updates in v1.1.0: - New: optional "Total" card showing your billing-cycle plan usage with its own reset countdown and 90% alert. Enable it in Settings (permission requested only when you turn it on; off by default). - New: "Contact support" link in Settings. - Improved: settings checkbox restyled to match the dark theme; clearer privacy wording. - Fixed: enabling the plan total for the first time now takes effect immediately after granting the permission.
