The program works ok, but the screen capture is not always accurate, which can be frustrating when you are eliminating credits. Customer service was wonderful.

I like the new update ;) helped me a lot on my math exam quiz

When I first downloaded the app, everything went fine. I chose the $4.99 option, and everything was working perfectly. Until the next month came and they charged my account without giving me more questions, and they charged me twice. They have no contact line. I've emailed them twice, and I have gotten nothing back. I've tried seeing if they have any other form of contact, which they don't. I then canceled my subscription and tried to renew to try to get my questions back because I was presse... Show more

Awful. Totally would rate 0/5 if there was option. Scanning takes time, time taken for ext to provide result is horrible - its lagging alot, if it fails to provide asnwer or process the scan you get your "credit" deducted so you have to use 2 credits for one question. Gives you allocation on how many times you can use it and if you do not renew "sub" next month, you loose the remaining credit so you do not get to use what you have paid for.
