FormVault fills the boring parts of any form — your name, address, email, phone, and whatever custom fields you add — from a vault that lives only on your computer. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Your vault is encrypted on your device (AES-GCM-256, key stretched from a passphrase you set). Nothing is uploaded. • Zero network requests. No server, no account, no analytics, no tracking SDKs — enforced by the extension's own security policy, not just promised. The code is open source so you can check. • FormVault reads a page only when you open it and click. No standing access to your browsing unless you opt a single site in yourself. FILLS WHAT OTHER TOOLS SKIP • Standard HTML forms, matched by field name, label, and autocomplete — across naming conventions and languages. • Custom JavaScript dropdowns (React-Select, MUI, and other ARIA comboboxes), not just native selects. • PDF forms: open a PDF, see each field it can fill boxed on the page, and download a filled copy — all on your device. YOURS TO CONTROL • Multiple profiles (Personal, Work, a family member's details). • One-click review before anything is filled. FormVault never submits a form. • Encrypted backup you can export and restore. There's no account to recover from, so keep a backup somewhere safe. FormVault is not a password manager and never stores passwords.
