)Overview
Block requests to listed ad and tracking domains, and label or collapse unwanted content.
QuietWeb gives you control over the noise on the web. Block embedded requests to domains in automatically updated lists. Label or collapse clearly marked ad containers, AI-related disclosures, and content matching your personal filters. Choose what stays visible and make exceptions for websites you trust. - Network blocking for listed ad, tracking and threat domains. - Automatically updated built-in lists and up to 50 custom HTTPS domain-list URLs. - Label-only or collapse controls for matching page content. - Personal keyword filters and trusted-site exceptions. - A reason beside filtered content and a Show control for collapsed containers. - Page analysis runs locally; no remote AI service or developer analytics. QuietWeb combines visible clues; it does not prove that content was made by AI. AI topic labels describe subject matter, not authorship. Coverage varies by website, and some ads are not detected. Direct page navigation remains available. Show reveals a container, but restoring a blocked download requires trusting the site or disabling network blocking and reloading. Large domain lists take time and disk space to import. The toolbar badge counts filtered page elements, not blocked network requests. Chrome 121 or later is required. Settings may synchronize through Chrome; list downloads contact their providers. Read the privacy information for details. QuietWeb is free to use. Optional contributions through Buy Me a Coffee support development. All features remain available without payment.
